How do you celebrate the new year eve?

What do you do to celebrate new year eve? different people do different things. Some go to discos and pubs. Others organize get togethers at home and invite friends and relatives. Still others choose to watch TV till late night. What do you do?

:) Here where I am living is too much cold I prefer to stay at home and watch TV.

Last year, first time in my life, i had cut the New Year Cake with my mom. Hopefully, this time too, i will do this. :)

I am afraid of entering in to 2013 therefore I shall go out and have as much fun as possible. Who knows Kal ho na ho!!

Every year we meet with a few of our friends families and also our close family members and celebrate it at one of the homes, drinks ,dinner and a bon fire at 12 mid night, I guess it will be the same this year too...

My family and my cousins we lite a born fire in our garden and party till mid night, have fun by dancing,playing with good food

I don't do anything special on new year eve. New year eve is like a normal evening for me. :)

Earlier I responded to this but see that my post has vanished...however, am writing again ! I hope you have a great time this year as well, for me the best part about new years eve is the bon fire since many unwanted things get burnt and there is a lot more space in the garage and the house :cheer:

As usual, I am going to start New Year 2013 at church only. From 11:30 PM (Dec 31) onwards I will be at church attending Service. Thanks giving for the current year and celebration of New Year 2013.

Playing games was a favorite way to celebrate New Year but this year don't know that what will happen. It will be as normal day or some surprise may also come. :laugh: :)

There is no fix program. Last year we went out with family. So its all up to plan, otherwise will watch TV programs till late night.

There is no fix program. Last year we went out with family. So its all up to plan, otherwise will watch TV programs till late night.


I don't like going out on festivals as you know Delhi is over crowded and its not safe to go out on festivals. :blink:

I remember how crazy we were in childhood for these TV programs where there was no cable TV but now these days I don't see those programs. Its like a normal day for me. :)
