For many, this will be unlucky.
Most people took these dates as most happening ones although there was nothing significant about such dates.

There is lot of significance. It signifies how people are vulnerable to gullibility whenever there is hue and cry arises on such Date related issues

My nephew will have his birthday on that day next year since he is born on March 3rd...so far he has been doing well and as long as people don't bother about superstition, everything will be fine..

Then every year he will have to add one month- 13, 14, 15 etc just as Boddunan is creating designation after every 5000 posts. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
I think they should reconsider calendars also in metric system. 100 month per year.
The years, months and days are based on nature- the movements of planets. Decimal system may be very confusing in this respect.

According to Indian calenders, new year starts from middle of April and it depends on the planetary position with respect to sun, as Gulshanji told . We celebrate it as Vishu. there are many other new year festivals too :cheer:
