It is necessary to have faith and positive attitude in order to be able to reach the light. To be able to not get scared of the troubles in life and be hopeful and keep working in the right direction is important as well.
We should keep ourselves moving. Kindly ensure that you move in the right direction. Right direction is the direction towards the goal (target).

Most of us get scared while looking at tunnels. We are not ready to go further to find a light.It shows our attitude
The best thing we can do is to set aside the fears of darkness and follow the light at the end of the tunnel.

Darkness and light are symbolic, it also deals with the status of our mind, a dark closed uneducated mind needs enlightenment in the form of education and knowledge, only then it is able to see from which direction the light is coming and move towards it...
I think that you shouldn't just keep moving. We need to make our move smartly. Ensure that your path is right.

But that happens in life, we take many wrong paths and that leads us somewhere and then we try to seek the right path...I feel that this is an ongoing process and as long as we learn from each of these experiences or misadventures we become better equpped to handle the future...
