This is excellent information for vegetarians , most of who suffer from alack of proteins since they don't take extra care to balance their diet so that there is enough protein yielding food each day...Tha'ts why it is important to have dhal,pulses,tofu or legumes in your diet every day...Having cereals like museli or oats for breakfast with milk and fruits takes care of both fibre and protein requirements
