No one can deny that we have to evaluate and determine what’s taking place in a given situation. This condition may not arise every day and every moment. But when such situation arises we have to do a bit of tossing of the situation in different directions and evaluate. In psychology parlances its known as :”Critical thinking.”

This would depend upon particular situation and call of the time. No one can pre-determine his priorities. But yes, the one who finds a way is really worth his efforts.
