I have the habit of having atleast 3-4 cups of coffee everyday. I call myself as coffee addict.. But Rambabu's post makes me little happy. Anyway , I have to reduce the quantity of intake.

You should go ahead with this healthy practice of yours. Now i'm thinning to switch over to coffee from tea soon
Iam having 2 cups of coffee daily. Some times I used to prefer for black coffee.

including coffee in our diet in mild quantities is good for our health. but excess may harm our body as it contains coffein.

Me too like coffee only. Coffee is the best mood enhancer. When I feel too tired of working, I will go for a cup of coffee.

Rest follow her with bent heads and folded hands.
Coffee is a good winter drink. This gives warmth and energy in the cold season. For the teetotaler, coffee is best option.
Persons who are doing job which requires physical work prefer tea. Most of the persons involved in education sector (Teachers, Professors etc.) prefer coffee.
