Walking to Good Health!

Walking barefoot is good for health. But we have to think about roads. I hope it doesn't suit on our roads. We can try it in our houses.
My ward counselor always walks barefoot only. He never wore slippers.
earlier anyone would love to walk through streets for a shopping or tuition class.
but now roads are so much busy.....also hot sun. that's the reason why everyone depends on cars and autos even for small distances. no one can be blamed!

I have my walking everyday either morning or evening depending on my working hours (shift hours). If I go for early morning shift (which starts from 05:30 AM), I have evening walk. Otherwise morning walk I have. But I cant go barefooted outside my house.
