These are the great benefits of walking. Walking is the best medicine.

Walking barefoot is good for health. But we have to think about roads. I hope it doesn't suit on our roads. We can try it in our houses.

If our environment is fine and hygenic, I would prefer go barefoot. If I go now, I may get infected on the first day itself.
am full time sitting before my PC in the day time.....
i really need a short walk.
next place we are shifting to, is near a temple. perhaps it may help me to have a small walk in the evenings with my kid. also, it's a good junction. shopping alone can also help me to reduce a few calories
That's great.. But walking barefoot on our street can be harmful.. But yes I used to walk (sometimes) with barefoot at my house, but didn't knows that it can be beneficial too.
Knowing all the benefit from walking I go for walking daily in the morning without fail, minimum 4KM walks I do everyday without fail whether it is rainy season or cold season. I advice all those who does not go for walking should start it from today itself

but now roads are so much busy.....also hot sun. that's the reason why everyone depends on cars and autos even for small distances. no one can be blamed!

I have my walking everyday either morning or evening depending on my working hours (shift hours). If I go for early morning shift (which starts from 05:30 AM), I have evening walk. Otherwise morning walk I have. But I cant go barefooted outside my house.

Walking barefoot on grass is good. One may go to park wearing shoes and then walk barefoot in the grassy field.
walking is good when there is a park or trees or beach as it provides oxygen to us,
walking on road side if it is polluted i do not recommend unless there is no othr option
I dont think I can walk bare foot, I cant do that even within the house , so outside anyway it is out of question, the only place one can walk bare foot and enjoy it is on the beach which I do...As for walking I walk for more than an hour every day, become a habit now which I enjoy and is also the time when I get to listen to all my favorite songs without any distraction...
walking in a park or beach is really nice. but through crowded places,it is not at all easy for me...particularly under hot sun. i prefer a shopping or walk in the evenings.

Due to walking there are many benefits. This strengthens muscles. But we must walk on zigzag road this will help us to remove more excess fat from our body.
