Yes Rambabu. I have heard somebody telling that Colour Therapy is working very efficiently. But I have not yet experienced.

it's told that we should opt for rainbow food....ie.all colours of rainbow in our daily diet, orange, green, red etc

Color is very important for our life.In the morning watching green things around us makes our eyes clear.
Wow.. Never think about color of veges this way. Is it apply for all vegetables or few one?
I love the colors of vegetables, but I have never thought that colors has also significance in vegetables.

Sandhyaji, I love tomatoes and Carrot a lot. In winter, I have Carrot juice twice or thrice a week. My mother cook Tomato soup once a week.

I think excess intake of anything can be injurious and so combination of all colors in food may be good for healthy. Good information shared about colors.

when i was in Nigeria, there i used to have a chicken soup. In india, Mom don't cook. Infact, My mom never prepare Non-veg at home.
