GOod diet for fighting against stress.
Stress is mainly due to our present lifestyle, Yoga is best and simple way to beat stress and I think some type of food are also good.

Very true, what is needed is an uncluttered mind free of stress , otherwise there is laughter....I too feel that deep breathing is a panacea for many ailments in life including stress..
