Doing anything excessively is always injurious but the exact amount per day is 8 glasses may be but in summer it may be more.

I was talking about drinking water without adding spirit :P :P :P
So basically what it tell us is that , there is very little substance in us , most of it is just water :huh: The most important health ingredient and given absolutely free by mother nature..
Drinking water has lots of benefits so we must drink water as much we can. :)
