Chinmoymukherjee, You have posted a nice diagram which is self explanatory. I would like to call it is 'Food Triangle'.
This really helps to people who is less in minerals and other things. This is easy way to get rich of the other things and from which they can get all of them.

It is only when balance out all the food groups that we get the maximum benefit out of them...However, natural food is the best and now everyone realises the imoprtance of vegetables,fruits,pulses and nuts...

Omega's are very rare elements and is found rich in fish so people who do not want to opt for non-veg can take cod level oil.. here is the link about its benefits

Other than fish , Omega3 fatty acids is found in nuts ( especially walnuts), soya and many green vegetables and also can be had through supplements
