wow @ chinmoy has became a nutritional expert.. sharing very useful information.. most of us do know that what is healthy food but still don't eat them. Other than fish , Omega3 fatty acids is found in nuts ( especially walnuts), soya and many green vegetables and also can be had through supplements


Yes that's true but most of the nutritional expert suggest supplements for veggies now-a-days. The artificial grown vegetables do not have must nutrition or not enough for daily body needs.
