In fact, multiple party formation does not help. Just see that in most countries, same political parties exist permanently. The best thing is to join some existing party and try to bring the desired change. If everyone attempts to form a separate party, there can be no result. Somebody remarked that Kejriwal may win twenty seats in North and influence govt formation. But I don't think that this way he may do anything. On the other hand if he joins some existing party- Congress, BJP or Left, and win twenty or more seats along with like minded, he may influence more.

There is no way he can join any of these parties against those he is fighting his war of corruption baring probably left front. If he were to join hands with any of these like congress or BJP he'll loose before he starts his campaign.

And I agree on abolishment of multiple party system that seems to be the basic problem for Indian politics. That leaves no place for party faithfulness. Any one not satisfied fors a new party.

And I agree on abolishment of multiple party system that seems to be the basic problem for Indian politics. That leaves no place for party faithfulness. Any one not satisfied fors a new party.

Many top learned politicians do talk about abolishing or rather merging smaller parties so that we have far less complications when it comes to forming a government where every 2 or 3 seat party calls the shots. If there is a political will this should not be a difficult thing to do...

I don' t think people can decide. If that's true how same bad parties are being elected year after year?

:) I am agree. Youngsters of this country is serving nation and society in their way. But they hurted when any politician insult then in public. I read statement of one IAS. He said that here is not self respect. Why we do hard labour for this job.

Kejriwala has started a party no doubt although initially it may not be able to make much of an impact, what happens after that depends on how effective he is as a leader and also what difference his party representetives if elected have contributed to their constituency to start with ..

Ushaji, i think he can be a good leader. Already he won Ramon Magsaysay Award for Emergent Leadership in 2006, for activating RTI movement from the ground and also for the social activities against corruption.

Anil most of the youngsters want to be honest and want to serve for our country. But the factor is most of the youngsters dont like to get into politics and want to live a normal life (just going to office and come back at 5:00PM). Just tell me how many of the youngsters is in politics? We need to change. Change is with us and we are the persons.

This happens because nobody joins politics for good cause even though they may claim so. Political parties are only vehicles. It is on individuals to use these vehicles for good or bad as they prefer. The established parties like Congress, BJP and left are vehicles. If you want to do anything- good or bad-, the best way is use these. Sadly, the selfish elements are only using these. Others either stay away from politics or try to form a new party as Kejriwal has done. I fear that this will make no difference. If his party flops, there is no issue, If he succeeds it will be difficult to keep bad and corrupt elements away even from this outfit. The opportunists join any organization. Hence, forming new party is not helpful. One must join the established political party and give the right direction.

Everybody in our country is more than ready for a change and if Kejriwal or anybody who can make a difference will be welcomed with open arms, doubts will prevail about his own convictions to start with as to how strong he is and able to withstand pressures .But he and his team should be given a fair chance through support by the people ...

Strength of regional parties is not good for Indian politics. At present all regional parties who are supporting central government is charging their cost of support. It is very hard almost impossible for Kerjriwal to make government in center in coming election. I think it better for him to focus of wining some seatss so he can raise his voice in parliament.
