Yes, I do know about it. but we cannot change any habit suddenly. But I take care of myself. when it is much cold then I have warm water or normal water
It is better to have normal water always. During severe winter, Having little war water is good. Don't goo for too cold or too warm water.
The strange thing is it may be any season but I have Ice cream too. Later I take necessary care also so that my health does not get effected and I won;t suffer much

The taste buds will become blunt and cant recognize real tastes. For any liquid consumption maderate temperature good and safe.
