fruits can help in easy digestion.
yet, if you want to get full benefits of fruits, eat them at least 1 hour before or after meals.

what i quoted is what i read through articles in magazines.....last month, I read a lot ;)

It can be taken after or with light breakfast. After full stomach it is bad.

The best way to eat fruit is by biting them rather than cutting it with knife or any iron blade. Don't wash fruits after cutting them. It spoils all vitamin and minerals of the fruits.
Never eat fruits without washing them thoroughly and while consuming apple, try to shave its skin as some times they apply wax to it so that apple does not get rotten

As far as I know, It is better to have fruits before having meal. We can have Banana after having meal. I have heard somebody telling that We should not eat apple in night. I do not know how far it is true.
Every fruits are not be taken . Fruits have great nutrition value and may disturb the digestion system.
