Lie detector is not relevant to decide the question of gender. This is entirely matter of medical opinion. If court thinks it necessary, a medical board can be constituted for the purpose.

There is detailed medical report according to which Pinki Pramanik is male but not man; is incapable of rape as cannot penetrate. But the police authorities are still adamant on rape charge. They are even distorting criminal law. Currently, no penetration means no rape. Molestation may be alleged but not rape. Apparently, police are prejudiced and blind to propriety, law and expert opinion.
