Hiring consultants first time

This is very true. Now a days agencies are hiring such consultants who can hardly put forth their point. They are not at all presentable.

My own feeling is that the selection process is even more competitive now because the competition is stiff . Private firms would go all out to see that they get the best possible candidate so that they can extract the maximum out of them , whereas it is the government agencies that need to take care..
