All the punishment by judicial authorities should be Severe. Then only we can reduce the crime rate.

Removal of board before one year will amount to contempt of court for which there will be separate punishment. The shop keeper will instead make a board small and fonts too small to be noticed/ read.

The shopkeeper was already cheating. How can he be honest after the punishment. Have you not seen that the companies write adverse details in prospectus in very small prints so that prospective customers may not read. similarly, the cigarette companies write statutory warning in small fonts.

The persons involved in adulteration should be severely punished. This can be done only by judicial authorities.

asked them to buy a 200 pages note and given them imposition......to write the book full...."I won't drive bike without a helmet here after".

It is going to make no difference. For the offence he is did the punishment is lenient and I there are chances that it wont be followed strictly as Gulshan Sir pointed out. Adulteration is prevalent in the market I saw a recent news report about adulteration where the food inspectors caught a shopkeeper mixing colors in all the spices that we use for cooking. :angry:

The question is who is going to make sure that the board is being displayed for one year ? and where did this happen anil? The amount seems so small, even beggars refuse to take it these days...
