For north Indians, special paneer dosa...
Crush some paneer, chop some onions, tomato, ginger, carrot and coriander leaves
Carrot and ginger can be scrapped...
Add salt and mix the contents well
When you pour dosa contents to tawa, spread a little of this mixture on the top. Add a little ghee....
Clos it with a lid and cook in low flame for 2-3 minutes..
your paneer dosa is ready...
