Cabinet re-shuffle was to keep people's attention away from recent scams for a while. When we get fresh news, we forget the past. Every politician know it well.

Was this cabinet re-shuffle really needed? Was this an act by the scam-hit UPA govt for a Face-Lift? What's your view on this guys?

Cabinet reshuffle is done so that discipline is maintained and the ministers dont get lethargic and hibernate in their given positions, but this new reshuffle was done solely because they had to keep up their promises to all those parties that gave support when mamata pulled out...we can see how Chiranjeevi and his party has gained, also Andhra as a whole..

We not bother about composition of Union cabinet. The ruling party/ P.M. may choose team as considered fit. Let us bother only about policy and achievement- not about team in cabinet.

I think there will be no profit to UPA in reshuffling the ministry.The ministry should be for the people and by the people.

What Sandhya said is 100% correct. Our politicians need to deviate the attention of the public. Hence re shuffle comes.

This is not a needy decision. We see what happens in future. Which type of change comes in Cabinet.

However, it is not going to cause any benefit to the nation. The purpose is to deviate our attention on current affairs.

This is very true. We want development in economics and employment opportunities. The crime rate and corruption level should also decrease in the country. However no party at present can provide us with such stuffs.

There is criticism from all parties and also the general public especially about Salman Kurshid who is facing corruption charges and has been given the prestigious external ministry.Another major issue is with regard to Jaiapl reddy who is probably one of the cleanest politicians in Congress, has been demoted to a less important portfolio, obviously under pressure from Reliance...

Politicians play a vital role in increasing the crime rate and corruption. I don't know the solution for this.

Once again Rahul Gandhi has rejected to be part of the Cabinet. It is expected that he will be soon appointed as party's 'Working President'.
Sonia Gandhi may resign. In the coming election Chairperson of UPA will not be Mrs. Gandhi.

Let us see the way of working of new team of ministers although I do not see much of difference taking place in coming months.

It is alleged that corporate houses are running government and the recent cabinet reshuffle is to satisfy them. This proves the Marxist thesis that government or state have a class character. As the current state/ government belongs to capitalist class, it is obvious that corporate houses will guide the state affairs.

That is a good,valid point.. There theory of introducing younger people to cabinet is just an eye-wash to the public..

Ya clearly we can analyse that it was his strong actions against Reliance companies which cost the Petroleum Ministry for Mr.Reddy...

Clearly it was a step to turn the attention of people.. then also to satisfy all the supporting parties of the UPA govt as they know there grip is slipping..

I think Kejriwal's India against Corruption can do a better job bt they lack good leaders nation-wide..Even i'm planning of making a move into that party..
