As far as I know, photoshop is the best application to deal with photos.

Yes photo shop is better but we can edit some in paint also. In photo shop the back ground or adding or change of colour is easy and better than paint.

coral is also easy to learn. Adope is very easy and it is free sofware ,available in google.

There are lot of image editing tools are there online. Photoshop is one among them and it is a very powerful software that has various features.

There are many resources/tutorials in online to learn photoshop. It will help you to become a graphic designer too....
