Movie Chakravyuh Song with disclaimer
The movie Chakravyuh by Prakash Jha contains a song referring Tata, Birla. Bata. On objection by Bata, court allowed the movie song with disclaimer that this is not to malign any enterprises.
I think Prakash Jha is an intelligent film maker and if he has used these words he probably would have used because of some reason .The supreme court okaying it shows that there is no disrespect....

This may be considered as showing disrespect. Hence court has allowed song with a condition. There will be also a disclaimer by the producer/ director that the song is not against any one.

Yes I guess, disrespectful is not such a big issue while compared to what is defamatory ! however I wonder why film makers insist on bringing in existing people and their business which is bound to somehow make them feel uncomfortable.Even with those dead and gone one has to be careful while portraying them..
Prakash Jha makes many realistic film and this time what has he done I don't understand. We don't aspect such from him.
