If a person has more than one pet, he should pay tax for that. If I keep elephant, horse, buffalo and a monkey as pet, I should keep account of their living and pay tax to the Government.

Please do not compare breath taking to keeping dogs and also do not compare dogs to elephants. Let the government decide what is the best way to get resources for governance. It is obvious that rich must pay more. Elephant, horse and buffalo are domestic animals for commercial use unlike dogs who are just for play. Taxation depends on all such factors.

Having or not having accounts in foreign banks has nothing to do with taxation om keeping pet animals. If you wish to get all benefits of living in a society, you need pay tax. Taxation is the cost of civilization.

What are you talking about. Tax on dog keeping will go to government who will make expenses therefrom. This has nothing to do with party or party funds. No government works without money. So, what is wrong with raising tax and what is the meaning of sucking money from people. Government receives money in form of tax from people and then spends on various projects and items for the people. What is inhuman? We need to be a bit more responsible in writing in forum, which is read by thousands every moment.
