You may search ingredients of red wine on Google. Apparently, there is no blood of any animals in wine.- red or others.

I have never heard of anything like that - Red wine is made from red or deep purple grapes, however wine or schnapps as it is called is also made from plums , pears and peaches.It is nothing but fermented juice of those fruits, there is no question of any blood or animal in it.
Red wine is said to be good for bringing down Blood pressure , but opinions are divided as to how much is good...
Red wine and something in it called resveratrol may be good for our heart.
this is new information for me I think we must drink only red wine then. :)
