Acidity
How many of you don't have acidity problem? Kindly share it.
Normally, I also don't have acidity problem. But if my meals time changes, I may feel acidity. That's why it's told, we should keep discipline in food eating habits. Never skip a meal.
Taking food in time is a good habit. We should not be in empty stomach in any time.

I would suggest you not to skip at least breakfast it is not good for health.You should take good breakfast in the morning.Even you might have noticed the difference too when we take a good breakfast we find our self fresh and concentrate more on the work unlike when we don't take it. :)
