can't understand your question. can you make it a little bit clear?
Why we start our telephonic conversation with hello? Why don't we use other words?
'Hello' is a greeting word. When we hear some one for first time, we greet him. We greet by saying 'hello'. However, you may use some other word like 'Namaste', 'Sat Sri akal'- as you like.

The article'a' is not used for every word starting with 'u'. Though the article 'an' is usually used before vowel, the article'a' is used if the starting letter sounds like a consonant. In your case of university, though it starts with the letter 'u' which is a vowel, when you pronounce it, it sounds like'you-ni-ver-si-ty'. so we say ' a university' and not ' an university'. But in case of uncle, you say as ' an uncle' not 'a uncle.
However I don't understand what you mean by woh pronunciation. Can you give some words with that pronunciation?

Why glass breaks easily?

This is chemical and physical properties that make glass brittle.
Why heroines are so beautiful and heros are so handsome?

'Beautiful', 'pretty', 'handsome' are same. This means good looking. There is a proverb- Handsome is that handsome does. Beauty is a feminine term and hence not used for guys who are handsome.

Glasses are breaking easily because they wish to be in floor not in our hand. This wish leads the glasses with no life. ;) ;) ;) ;) :P

Heroines itself contain "Hero" in first part, so it is beautiful. Heros may be in the hand of someone, so they are hand some. B) B) B)
Why space has no colour? It should have been red or yellow or blue or white.
Glass is made to break.
Hero and heroine are hand some as they are Hero and heroine,
Colour of space is such as it has no content,
Glass are not hard and so its break easily. And heroes and heroines look beautiful because they spend lot of time in parlor.

What is space? This is nothing but vacuum. So, why color for something that is mere vacuum.
