Some days before, I saw an article in yahoo showing the ugly homes. Not surprising, Ambani's home came first in the list!!!
With all that money at their disposal people go and mess it up when it comes to good taste and the best example is Mukesh Ambani's Antalia , what a horror his home is and now the rumor is that he and his family dont stay there but use it only for entertaining... after spending crores and crores on it...

It very surprising to see that Mukesh Ambanis house is not the list of ugly building. They won't stay but they just made the building and waste the land.If these land could be used for the public purpose then it would be very useful.

Not only land but the amount of money involved too were all for wasted cause. Just imagine about $2 billion was spent in constructing something which does not seem to serve any purpose. Looks like he had built it only for the satisfaction of owning one of the most expensive building.

Friends lets keep this aside. In Kolkata there are many important buildings and residencial buildings which government has ignored. The houses on the streets of important places like park street, camac street, lalbazaar, shyam bazaar, etc are in worst conditions. They are more than 60 years old. Some guest house and government property like museums are more than 100 years old, looks like a horror villa. This should be in focus first and then comes what rich people and celebrities have messed.
I photos are interesting. Building such ugly buildings is also an art. I like many of them. They seem to be ugly but in realty they are not so. Yes it could have been better.
I watched few of them but could not find the reason to call these buildings ugly. Maybe I missed some thing.
There are many buildings which are just very old and damage. We people won't think of it.These looks much ugly than the buildings of the rich people. The very old buildings of many places with trees coming out of the building look so dirty.

This is what second and later generation do. First generation of industrialists are more responsible and careful with propriety and simplicity. The subsequent generations inherit business and wealth and do not care.

I suppose so, things are too easy for them and there is no need for hard work...In fact there is a saying in our community that the second and third generation of a wealthy person successfully goes through any amount of wealth instead of adding on..
Some building in the listings are nice for my view. Some only ugly.
Why these buildings are called ugly-I can not understand, Some of them are very nice looking.
