I think yes he must take the retirement now. He was and will remain the greatest cricketer in the history of cricket. He has been earning a lot of criticism lately.
Today I read an article from yahoo......he can't play certain balls and the bowler knows his defects. He is out in the same way, the past 2-3 innings.
I can't even imagine a cricket world without Sachin
I also think that this is the right time to quit.
He will remain in mountain top always with all his records.
This is for Sachin to decide. If he still feels that he is fit enough to play, he will not retire.
The same people would start praising him while he would make a century in next innings.

This happened when India failed in World cup series last time. How much Sachin was criticized....
I even read mails...as best comedy of the year....."Sachin will play next World cup"
But what happened....he played this World cup and scored maximum runs next to the Sri Lankan Player...who is it, Sangakara?
I think yes, now the time has come where Sachin can take rest.
The heading 'Is Sachin is end' is grammatically incorrect. 'Is' cannot be used twice like this. This can be changed as: Sachin's end?

That is well said Sir. Sachin will best know the answer to this question. Moreover Cricket is a game where when a cricketer is not in good form there are millions to raise eyebrows on him.
Afterwards Sachin is Sachin.

Sachin is greatest batsman all the time. But, now he want to take some rest from cricket.
I got this link from yahoo....matches with thread title

Sachin would p;lay as long as he wishes to play for, there is no one competent enough to tell him when to retire.
Sachin is such a great player we can't comment on his retirement actually it is he who can decide it. Gavaskar has no right to comment that he should retire from cricket. It happens with every player some time they lose form but certainly he would come back and answer the critics as he has done it many times in his career. :)
Yes, every player has both good and bad times. Forgetting what he has done for us, in his bad time, is not at all good. We are just changing our colours like politicians....
I know he takes critics very seriously and comes out of bad form so quickly this time also he will do that. :)
