A who reached certain milestone before this offer is made may ask for points in previous stages which he is not eligible. However we will certainly consider the requests for current and past one milestone.

Moderator function is separate. editor function is separate. No body is above or below. They have different roles.

A member's role is mots important. In Boddunan, article writers and forum members play very important role. On their contents, style and language, performance of sites depends. A moderator's role comes after posts have been made. similarly, an editor's role comes when an article is written. as such members writing posts and articles play the primary role.

What I feel sir, you should be given the title of moderator after they shall declare the results. Members and posts holders should look different from each other to keep things under control in a better way, although whatever you have said is perfectly alright.
