Stress is part and parcel of our lives.The more idle time you have to think about it the more you get stressed.If you are able to utilise your time in a useful manner and also go into the root of your problem half the problem gets solved.I have found that going for a long walk is a great stress reliever , also listening to music...
here i have noticed people feel difficult to laugh when they are in tense and stress. A tip for them, when they are stressful or tense, they should try to watch a comedy show or watch comedy photos which make them laugh i mean they could not stop themselves from laughing

Yes I follow it,when I am in stress I see comedy movie.
If we think much our stress will never end.So we have to relax and get rid of our stress.Daily meditation relieves stress.Proper exercise helps in reducing stress.
Whenever I feel stress I just go for a long walk and really it changes my mood and I just feel relax.
Whenever I feel stressed I play with my kids or sleep.I think sleeping is the best medicine for me to get relieved of stress. :)

Laughing out is always the best way to relieve stress and keeping yourself fit.I always see people laughing loudly in park in the morning with their regular exercise they know the importance of laughing. :)
SJ.. Yes Even I have seen such laughing sessions at many places.. People enjoy this way too.
Drinking water seems a nice idea...
That's why a glass of water is given to persons who are in tensions or stress.....it can calm him a little
When I feel any stress or headache, I simply close my eyes and drink water. This relieves in a minute. But this happens very rarely.
