I feel so bad to manage employees I can work with them but difficult to maintain. As I had no leadership qualities.

This is interesting. I am waiting for the article which can give us tips - how to get maximum from the employers.? etc.

Employee management is the first concern if one is the supervisor or manager at work. Successful employee management and leadership promote employee engagement, employee motivation, employee development, and employee retention.

It is very difficult to manage employees.Because every body is different from other in nature,character,in work and so on.

It’s so tempting to tell another person what to do. It creates within us a false sense of power when we know the answers. Yet in managing employees, you are actually paying another person to know what to do. If you want them to do their job well, then manage them with the right questions and not just providing the answers.
