Ultimately everything about our physical health and beauty lies with nutrition and what we eat. A healthy balanced diet , lots of fluids and water and clean habits combined with exercise definitely gives you an edge and keeps your hair healthy and sparkling and absolutely no need to worry about hair fall..
Having head (hair) wash at regular interval, Avoiding the food items which contain too much of fat will help from hair fall problem. We should dry the hair after taking bath.
