You are right. It is better to go to a doctor for treatment if hair fall is more than normal as some falls are normal daily.
Our diet and habits have a lot to with our general health including that of hair. A good balanced diet shows in the form of glowing skin and healthy hair.Of course certain outside factors do have some negative impact ...When you take certain medication or recovering from a major illness your hair falls and takes a long time to come back to normal and of course age is the major factor when most people start having thinning hairline..
