Indian army is our main force unlike Britain and some other countries where Navy is more dominant. Army plays greater role when war is between neighboring countries. In conditions of world war, Air force and navy get more importance. The Navy is important because even the fighter planes need air port to fly from. when you are fighting with a far off country, naval ships provide the platform from where to fly fighter planes. Thus, our navy turning world class is a very welcome news. This is a matter of real pride.

We are proud of those who are engaged themselves in Navy.These people contributed a lot for our country.
