2) The next person has to start a song with the same word with which the previous song has ended.

This is same as 'rootha hai to mana lenge' 'Manayun is just a variant of 'mana'. If some one is angry with you, you try to pacify. Generally, you try to please a child who is disgusted or is complaining. This act of appeasing or removing anger/ disgust and making better mood of other person is called 'manana'.
