Earlier we discussed about politicians and film stars who share the same name with you. Now let us discuss about some songs which contain your name. :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

I have already told, no Malayalam lyricist can stay away from Sandhya and it's the most frequent word used in Malayalam songs, for sure. So I can't give link of those 1000 songs. Even Subhalekshmi's Suprabhatham has a 'Sandhya' . So I will share only a few.

This is my most favourite Malayalam song (picturised on Sandhya).......not only me, but many people. It has a lot of corridors too :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

A few other songs which starts with Sandhya......perhaps the most common and best 'Sandhya' songs.

This song.......if I cry or am in distress, everyone love to sing for me as it's asking, "Why are you crying Sandhya?" :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

One song that i remember is 'Ab Koi Gulshan na Ujade, ab vatan azad hai.' This is also patriotic song. One song that I faintly remember and am not sure of exact words appears as- Ujada hua Gulshan hai, Rota Hua Maali hai.

There is a famous song by Lata and Rafi - Gulshan Gulshan Pyar ki Baatein hai...Mehfil Mehfil Chandani Rateein hai...Its a nice song!

There is another song from Sadma, I don't remember it much it goes something like Rooth Gayi Hai Gulshan....

Also an old song by Suraiya, Gulshan Pe Hai Bahar! Actually I think Gulshan must be the most used word in many lyrics!
@Rajani
RajaniGandha's title song....am dedicating for you.
Last week, I have dedicated a few songs to you and Kalyani.

Now, who is remaining???

Why can't we dedicate....ki ki ki kiran song (Jaadu teri nasar ) to ushaji???

I want to dedicate a blockbuster Malayalam song "rakendu 'kiran'angal' " also
Tune is photostat copy of Pal pal hai yeh pyar ho gaya......of Swami.

I want to dedicate this song for both Rajani and Usha..........it's the new version sung by old singer Janaki, for a new film. Old movie is a very bold movie of 70's. So, am posting the new link.

I got another link of 'Kiran'angal also........sung by Kavitha Krishnamurthy.
This song is also so much dear to me as one specified in the thread heading!!! You will really love it...something like heart strings.......If you are able to understand its lyrics, it would have been nice.

Actually 'Gul' means 'flower' , 'guldasta' means 'flower pot', 'Gulshan' means 'garden'. These are Urdu words. Most of film songs are in Urdu. It is next to impossible to write songs without referring to garden, flowers.
There are many songs with the word Gulshan. It is a common word which means garden.

This Sandhya song is very special for me, as it has close resemblance to Bolere pappiharan from Guddi.
Surprisingly, both these songs are based on same raga :) :)

You can see a few glances of Guruvayoor temple......this film is about elephant Guruvayoor Kesavan....perhaps the best elephant born on this earth, with all 'Lakshan'.

"To make spot on my forehead today sindoor prepared by Sandhya
For my kajal, it's stars of sky made special ink "

She is Jyothika...younger sister of actress Nagma.
No doubt, she was the no.1 heroine of last decade of South Indian movies, till she married Superstar Soorya after a long romance of 6-7 years.
She debute in a Hindi movie, Doli Sajake Rakha......along with Akshay Khanna.....do you remember its A.R.Rehman songs???

Enjoy......this song from Block buster Kakka Kakka.......she romancing Soorya. Its Hindi version is Force.
Actually, I want to see Ajay-Kajol to do this film instead of John-Genela
