India's future- safe with whom?

I never support left party as their principles will never help us to develop. They will never allow any international company or modern technology to flourish here.
When the whole world is moving forward, we will move backward only. I know it very well because I am from a state, where left party gets power once in 5 years for sure.

Now, left parties are also corrupted, not only congress and BJP.

We are not so much discussing merits or demerits of congress, BJP or the left. Here I just wonder what anna plans. We have Congress, BJP, Left and regional parties only. People can make choice only from these. anna says that India is not safe with BJP and congress. So, he wants some other party. Which party? We cannot reject all just as we cannot reject all type of foods- sweet and salty, veg and non veg, Indian, Chinese and continental. I hope the points is clear enough.

Anna Hazare does not intend to contest elections. We have only to choose between existing alliances- Congress, BJP or left & regional. Surprising, how India's future could be safe with anarchists and lawless elements? Let us be pragmatic and shun mere slogans devoid of all meaning.

These are discussion topics. Simply repeating something without any argument and substance is not discussion. What role anna plays except hunger strike and blackmail. Just answer this or leave the topic. How Lok pal Bill can remove corruption. Will this not add more government posts in secretariat of proposed Lok pal. That will be extra burden on tax payers and no results can be expected as, Lok Pal secretariat will also be staffed by I.A.S cadre and the officers recruited by U.P.S.C. After all, anna and Kejriwal will not be recruited in Lok Pal office.

As of now, we do not have much choice since there is no single party that inspires us nor is there any committed leader either. As I see it , although coalition government has many disadvantages , it is the only one we are going to get since people are divided about their choice of government and political parties .May be this will be a lesson for all parties to perform better so that at least we get a government that has simple majority in the future ...I also feel that in some ways coalition does have its advantages since the government cannot take it easy since there is constant demand from partners and the majority party cannot afford to pamper their own partymen...

The fact remains that every one- politician, bureaucrat, social worker, engineer or doctor- is from the same population/ society to which we all belong. The character and qualities are almost same. If we wish to improve things, there should be attempt to boost character of entire population. Leaders will not come from heaven. They will be from us only. There is no factory that can manufacture good politicians on demand of team anna. Any law or institution cannot remove corruption as long as majority of our people are greedy.

I think he wanted to say that no party from the present lot was good enough to run this country smoothly therefore the need of the day is a new party.

I don't think so. Left parties and Annaji's party don't have control over whole of India. It is difficult for them to form government in the centre, all of a sudden.

The present scenario often makes me think about this question. People at high posts who have the power to control and secure the Nation are busy eating the coal. :evil: Nobody has a clean chit character as far as corruption is concerned. India's future can be safe in the hands who are strictly watched by the law.

Actually we want every thing from beginning, new parties new law and new system to start allover again. The present system is totally rotten, which has lost its way.

According to Anna Hazare, India's future is not safe in hands of BJP or Congress. Obviously, he opts for third alternative. This is what left parties also hold. Will anna support the Left in providing third alternative to the nation ?

As of now there is very little choice for us ! I dont mind Anna and left parties getting together , anyway, this is the age of coalition, so why not try out various options ? I dont think that the left parties are any worse than the 2 major parties ..

I never said to demolish the nation sir, but to rebuilt it with the help of a new architect. We certainly need a better foundation with better structure. And we need better workmen than the present lot. Do you think the change in system would demolish a country like ours who has in it the basics but we need a very strong infrastructure with lots of will power and willingness to work.

Probably you are very right. We need to change. But whatever you do you have to do from existing system only. The issue is that nobody is giving real challenge to establishment. No organization is bad. Congress was once led by leaders like bal Gangadhar Tilak, Bipin chand Pal and lala Lajpat Roy. May be the opportunists took over congress and drew out the good elements. There is similar remedy against them. The better people should enter congress and even BJP and drive out the bad elements. This is the sure way.
