Yes these are really a costly mistakes which shows alot of effect on others also.

Out of these the most silly one was a company employee calling his own company products as craps. :ohmy: :laugh:
If we talk about TATA don't you think the company's production of the low budget car NANO was not as successful as had been predicted. Earlier it was called the common man's car and later it emerged with a different tagline in advertisements showing young groups and college goers enjoying. Do you agree if I say the image with which the car was introduced in the market somehow hampered its expected sales as people didn't wanted a car that fails to add to their status.

Basically it failed due to ignition problems They received too many complaints at the starting point while ignition switch got burnt and people kept away from this car. Actually they wanted to deliver the car as per their promised time and had no time to properly test it.
