This is very true. We may need money for different purposes. Buying house is not the only motive.
These guidelines are therefore very important.

That was an excellent write up , thanks a lot for providing the link :) , I am a point 1 case where spending is concerned..and the tips given are very good although the most important thing is to make up one's own mind and get oneself organised ..
