Eyes are the most important organ of our body.We should eat food with vitamin A.We should eat spinach,carrot,avocado, broccoli,eggs,salmon fish as it contains folic acid, vitamin D, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and vitamin A.We must eat tomatoes,garlic and sunflower seeds.
