How to plan to succeed in our goal?

First you need to have determination, then only anything can be possible..explore and accept any type of challenges for reaching you goal.

First action is key to get success in our goal because rest action may depend upon first.

I would suggest you to make some small goals linked with your goal and make some strategy to achieve these small goals ultimately you would be able to achieve your goal definitely hard work is always required to do anything. :)

I agree with that.You can of course aim high , like they say if you aim for the Himalayas you might at least climb the foothills.Here , instead of being stagnant you have at least reached some place higher.We have to have clarity ,vision, acumen and also be ready to work hard to realise our ambitions..
It is always better to look for targets that are achievable..

Think towards your goal.Clarify that what you want to achieve.There should be clear picture in your mind about your goal.Visualize it and think over and over for your goal.
Hard Work is the necessity towards any goal.Without that nothing is possible.
