High court has decided according to Law. The court has nothing to do with Government policy- whether mamata's or Budha deva's.

If mamata feels aggrieved and opines that the High court decision is not proper, she may approach Supreme Court.

I agree. In fact, Budha Deva Bhattarcharya was really attempting to industrialize and modernize the state in last days of Left Front rule. But this was too late. Mamata Banerjee played a very negative role and obstructed Bhattacharya. Thus West Bengal people lost opportunity of industrialization, employment and prosperity.

The agitation was wrong in the first place as leaders of opposition do not see the long term benefits and oppose for opposition.
