No. Teachers may be graded by Senior teachers, head master or higher educational authorities and not students. It is teachers who grade students and not the reverse.

What would be the purpose of doing that ? Students are bound to grade their teachers between themselves lol, but doing it at an official level serves no purpose. A good teacher does make an impact and a bad teacher does not..

Teachers are evaluated by their students performance so no need to allow grading.

I feel, teachers should be selected by the senior teachers. then after that when the teacher start taking classes then we need to know the opinion of the students.
than only the teacher should continue

As a measure it might be useful in that it keeps the teachers on their toes, they will have to perform...but the vast majority of the students are not really interested in attending classes, they would rather do something else ( that is my experience ) and may grade teachers for other qualities rather than their efficiency

When i am a student, I used to feel that let teacher be a student and i teach the teacher how to make students study and how a teacher should teach to the students
