My pleasure sarala! actually, if the fruits like mangoes and bananas are eaten in moderation, they will not increase your weight, but if eaten in excess, they will definitely increase weight since they have more sugar content than many other fruits. Also more fiber does not necessarily mean reduction in weight, but the proper ratio of all components like total fiber, calories and other essentials in your diet.
Then kalyani , i need to consume them so that i can put on weight, anyway thank you for letting me know some way to put on weight and become fat :)
All fruits contain Vitamin C. I prefer eating fruits after having lunch or dinner. It keeps my digestion good. I feel healthy. I have habit of consuming lemon also. It keeps my skin beautiful.

I am not sure about guava being the cause of constipation, on the contrary this is good for getting rid of constipation.
Even watermelon is good for stomach. Besides serving as a refreshment in summers it has many beauty benefits too. As far as the quantity is concerned everything is good in moderation. :)
