This is useful information. It is no use having more than credit card. A credit card is actual a facility only and should not be used to overspend. Also, payments for purchases on credit card should be paid in full at the earliest so as to avoid payment of heavy interest. Also this must never be used for cash withdrawal.

I had three credit cards and planning to have another one. But now I want to cancel the other two now.

I feel having credit cards is not good as it will increase our borrowing. At last after using enough money we need to pay them at that time if we dont have money they won't leave us

I have used credit Card,when i bought my Nokia N8. But it was emergency so i did it.
That was the first and last time i used Credit Card.

Very good article and useful information ! I use my credit card only in an emergency since I find it difficult to keep track of it inspite of all the sms they send and online statements etc..I use debit card which is simpler since you cant use it if there is no money in your account ! :P

Those who hold credit card they think themselves that they are carrying money with them and often they misuse it.Credit card is for emergency.Most people make mistake of doing lots of shopping and at last they are on heavy burden.

My wants are limited and I don't spend much in shopping. Thus I prefer debit cards instead of credit cards. Credit card handling is truely sensitive. In just avoid using such plastic money.

Well it depends upon how you use it. I have 5 credit cards and i never have to pay anything extra.. Also a person who overspend should not have it. I have control over my expenses. I use them as i don't like to carry cash and these days many offers are there if you check them our carefully, but yes you need to be bit attentive if you really want benefits. I can write about them endlessly as using them from last 4 years..
