Living without money

Even Anna team members are virtually living without spending money. Money is spent by hosts whenever they go to places. similarly, when poets go to various functions, the hosts spend on their boarding and lodging. The audit teams do not have to spend anything from their pockets as they receive complete hospitality. However, you may be saved from spending from your pocket but you have to work.

I feel that one may spend at least one day without spending even if for an experiment. Visit a friend in morning and take tea and breakfast at his expense. Go to a Gurdwara and take free lunch there. Visit some friends in their work place and gossip as well as take tea and snacks with them. Just go to nearby places and do not spend on travel.

It is difficult to believe a person didnt spent single penny for last 16 yrs..
We can probably try for a day but not for longer time.

It is difficult to believe. That is why this thread is created. There are some persons who will ask anything from a friend unhesitatingly and not spend. They will even go to places without invitation and get free lunch.

During my service period, I came across a person who would always get anything free from others. So, he was nicknamed 'Freedom fighter' meaning fighting for free items. Once, a friend of his came with head clean shaven. He learnt that the clean head shaven's father had died. The 'freedom fighter' condoled him and just next moment asked for his comb.

There are some people like this. Even i had some friends who try to find things free of charge.

Yes..this is called as survival to fittest (darwins theory). If a person wants to survive he has to struggle for that.

If we also want to stay in jungle means there is no need of money because there will be resources available for living.

Living without money is really difficult. I can't imagine myself without it as we need it for everything.But i am surprised for her how she spent 16 years of her life without money. :blink:
