Do jealousy exist in children?

children are possessive. If you suddenly give more attention or care to to another one, the child will be jealous.

Yes possessiveness is more apt word than jealousy.

My brother also has a girl of 4 years. Actually, these two girls love each other very much.
Yet, from the time of birth, both these girls are quarrelling and fighting each other for things or even our love.

They won't give their things to other girl. Their fights are not less than an action film. Actually, I go home thinking I will get 1 week rest. But the truth is, work load doubles.....cat fight of these two girls!!!!

1 year before, my girl can't even see her mother, my parents sitting near her or love her!!!! :P Now, she has become more mature!!!

Now she threatens, if you don't give me your toy, I will go back today itself!!!
Appoos asks her mother at the end of a fight, "When will she go back?"""
Beating with stick means not hardly just showing her and warn her.
it varies from children to children.all children are not jealous with other.but most children are so.if a children find something in the hands of their friends they just ask their parents to have them that which their friend have.so jealousy exists.
This is not called children's jealousy ,it is quite natural to all.

Children do not do it because they are jealous but just because they are curious and want every thing that other children have.
Yes Jealousy exist in children. for example 3 years old child beats or
pinch his/her younger baby because of jealousy.

Yes that is possible while they see their mother taking small ones in lap and feeding him, they feel somewhat jealous.
