These days every place in North India is bearing hot waves and its more irrittaing that government is not able to provide electricity to the consumers as per their demand. :evil: Recently it was declared that in UP shops and other commercial areas will remain closed till 7:00 PM and will open after 11:00 AM in the morning so that the electricity saved from this can be compensated for domestic region but on the next day only it was cancelled. :laugh: Don't you think these politicians take decisions so early and take back after they get opposed for it. :dry: :blink:

Here in my place per day 7 hours power cut its very difficult to manager these days. too hot :(

Sandhya even i am saying the same, for us also power cut problem is there. Now a days due to heavy rain the turbines got filled with water so there is no power cut now

But in Delhi there are rare power cuts and Delhi is the best place if we see power cuts in other states we rarely use invertor here. :)

Where do you live in Delhi, half of the public is on roads in Delhi agitating against power cuts. They have left with 7 days coal only in thermal plants so be ready to face it more- in future.

In Gujarat,the electricity problem is not much.
But,in villages this problem is worst.

Here also too much of powercuts in tamilnadu. cant able to tolerate this. i dont have invertor also

Here the standard cut is 4 hours but in practical this is 6-8 hours. We survive on captive power.

No In Etawah and Phulpur/Sultanpur- this is 24 hours nor disrupted power supply. These places are also in UP.

May be there people get violent. I was in UP yesterday and now the power was OK there i asked it way they said that the mob did Lathi charge on the people of electricity board in their office yesterday so its OK today. :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

That is why we keep an inverter and generator ready to face every crisis. We are habitual now. There is going to be acute shortage of power all over the country soon.
