Talent shortage

Yes, of course I agree!! People have degrees in hand. But they have lost their real talents in midway selecting wrong subjects and career options. Isn't it?

you are right sandhya but some people select the subject without any knowledge and some people are interested to take the subject they like but their parents will influence to take some other subject which they like. Thats why talent is getting burried

I am sure, this trend is going to reverse after reaching an extreme end!! Am positive!!!

One can do best in subject of interest. There is always room for the best at the top.

I think the Training should be compulsory in Collages.Training should be given in collages within.
Because,our Education system is such that in College life,we don't even know what we could do in the market.

Actually what we study at college is not what we do at office. Also, different sectors of government jobs, are they selecting according to the knowledge of candidates in that particular sector??? Never!!!

I often wonder, all PSC exams are based on a mixture of GK, English, Maths and Reasoning. But it's nowhere related to the job tasks assigned for them. Am I not right?

In this case, private companies are far far better in selecting employes. That's why we are seeing progress in private sectors, not in government sectors!!!

In Most of the families parents influence students. they say their children to study what they say. They never agree for children choice.They influence their children.Finally it leads to failure of children which parents never think about it. so for such reasons talent is getting burried there fore talent crisis are been occuring
