"2 years before, I read an article saying it's an American lie that men reached moon, giving many reasons. Sorry, I can't give you those points now, I forget. Some days before, I heard from someone that most of the people related with that moon journey, died within one year.
One of those reasons, I feel it's worth. We have seen the video of American flag flying. Is it possible in space in almost vacuum??????
What do you people think? Has men really touched moon's surface????

No India including Rakesh Sharma went to space from Indian soil. Rakesh Sharma, an Indian astronaut went in a soviet (Russian) spaceship. There are many persons of Indian origin who went to space. One is Kalpana Chawala, born in Haryana (India). She went in American space ship and unfortunately died in space.
Neil Armstrong was the first man in the world to land on moon and Rakesh Sharma was the first Indian to do so. Neil Armstrong passed away yesterday. A famous line for Neil Armstrong's achievement says -
A small step for man but a giant step for mankind.

What you told is absolutely right. Rakesh Sharma went to space not from India, though he is an Indian.
Sir, has any Indian gone from Indian soil? i doubt so.
